Coventry University's Physiotherapy Team have a strong history of providing quality practice education to our practice partners.

We have created a range of resources including Course Information, Videos and presentations to help you support Coventry University Students in Clinical Practice.

We hope to continue to develop this resource so that it can grow into a valuable virtual environment for current and future Clinical Educators

Effective feedback and marking

Ensuring the feedback you give to students is effective is an important element of clinical education.

We have provided 2 videos regarding this topic; video 1 discusses delivering effective feedback and video 2 relates feedback specifically to the marking criteria at Coventry University. This is vital in helping students understand how to progress and also how theirs grades are decided.

Intercultural Competence for Clinical Educators

This video discusses some of the cultural differences international students experience in UK healthcare and how to support them regarding this on clinical placements.

Jackie is currently completing on-going research regarding supporting international students, on which this video is based.

This video is an introduction to PebblePad for all educators who have students on placements with them

Students should add your details to PebblePad on their first day and you should have access by the beginning of the second week
